What's the small print?

If you have accounts/tax returns that require filing now, we will need to charge a one off up front fee to bring you up to date. This will of course be agreed in advance, and will be payable prior to submission.

The prices quoted above are for simple small one/two person businesses. If your affairs are more complex we may still be able to help, however the above fees might not apply.

Give us a call and we'll chat through your options to make sure it's right for you. If it is, we'll discuss the optimal share ownership structure, who should be directors, and incorporate the Limited Company for you for just £99+VAT.
